Catering

Oliver T's specializes in intimate celebrations for 10 to 200 guests, with impeccably prepared foods that refreshingly challenge standard banquet fare. Simply tell us who your guests are and we'll design a delicious menu--traditional, adventurous or somewhere in between. To place an order or to make an appointment contact our Catering Department any time from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday at (810) 695-6550 or send us an email.

Orders require a minimum 72 hour advance notice.

Confirmations and Payment

A deposit of $1.00 per person is required at the time your order is placed. We request an approximate guest count 2 weeks prior to the event and a guaranteed guest count 3 days prior. The billing amount will be based on your guaranteed count, plus any additional persons served. A total of 50% of the total fee is required at that time, and the balance immediately upon the completion of service. In the event of a cancellation Oliver T's reserves the right to retain the deposit or charge a cancellation fee. Servers are available at the rate of $15.00 per hour per server with a 3 hour minimum which is billed separately and due upon completion of service.

We would love to cater your next cocktail party, the appetizers preceding your next dinner party, or the single hors d'oeuvre you've been asked to bring to tomorrow's family celebration.

Our chef asks that you order a minimum of TWO DOZEN pieces per selection, unless otherwise stated. In general, allow one dozen hors d'oeuvres per person for a cocktail party; six to eight if dinner will follow.
